The Yoga & Paradise Eco Spa:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

The resort is home to two Yoga Shalas over-looking the ocean so you can flow right next to the surf and sand. Paradis Plage offer a range of different classes including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Practicing with experienced yoga teachers from sunrise to sunset the Yoga team will guide you through dynamic and relaxing sessions. Offering 3 classes per day, 7 days a week there's always a class available to energise or wind down with. Private sessions are also available upon request.
